Tools we built for ourselves. Now free for everyone.
Every tool here started as internal infrastructure — built to solve a real operational problem at a real company. When it worked well enough that clients asked for it, we open-sourced it.

QHub Wiki AI
Self-hosted AI-powered knowledge base for SMBs and enterprises. Replaces Confluence, Notion, or Guru at $0/month — unlimited users, no subscriptions, your data stays on your server.
Type a question in the extension and get an instant, AI-synthesised answer from your own knowledge base — without opening a new tab or navigating to the wiki.
Semantic search via Qdrant vector DB
Find the right doc even when the exact words don't match. Qdrant runs locally on your server — no external search API, no data leaving your infrastructure.
Full data sovereignty
Nothing is indexed by third parties. No vendor lock-in. Markdown-first content is portable across any AI platform as the ecosystem evolves.

OpenClaw Orchestration Framework
Q3 2025
Open-source multi-agent AI orchestration layer for enterprise workflows. Skills-based routing, compatible with Claude and OpenAI. Designed for production agentic deployments — not toy demos. This is what we use internally for all our AI agent builds.
Origin: IntelliconnectQ internal AI infrastructure, in use since 2024.
A drop-in AI agent that reconciles supplier invoices against purchase orders automatically. Reads invoices, matches to POs, flags exceptions, generates a reconciled report — zero manual intervention. Currently in live POC with a manufacturing client reconciling 10 suppliers daily.
Origin: Live POC — manufacturing client, textile industry. Open-source when POC completes.
MS Graph + Power Apps templates for automated employee onboarding and offboarding. License allocation, department head alerts, access removal on departure. Based on a live deployment managing hundreds of employees across 200+ client companies for an MSP.
Origin: Live deployment — Managed Services Provider, serving 200+ end clients.
We notify subscribers when a new tool releases — with install instructions, a demo, and a limited early-access managed install offer. No spam. One email per release.

ZapConnectHub — Logistics Aggregator Platform
IntelliconnectQ is the technology partner and shareholder of ZapConnectHub — a logistics aggregator platform (ShipRocket-style) built for the SE Asian market. We're designing the full AI infrastructure: agentic shipment management, real-time carrier intelligence, and the operational knowledge layer powered by QHub Wiki AI. This is us building product, not consulting.
Currently in build · Agentic AI for logistics management
A GitHub repo with 3 production deployments is the best possible sales asset. More credible than any case study we could write.

It finds the right clients
Companies that use our free tools understand how we build. When they need something bigger, they already trust us. The managed install at $299 is the first commercial step.
03
It's the right thing to do
We built on the shoulders of open source tools — WikiJS, Qdrant, Ansible, n8n. Contributing back is how that ecosystem stays healthy.
